Description: Show time until the next monthly AT

Usage: /mat next

Response (before registration opens): <@user>, the next monthly AT starts in 25d 12h (<date>). Registration opens in 3d 6h.

Response (during registration): <@user>, the next monthly AT starts in 25d 12h (<date>). Registration is OPEN!

/mat join

Description: Post the Monthly AT registration panel

Usage: /mat join

Response: Posts an interactive panel with Register/Unregister buttons

/mat players

Description: List players registered for the monthly AT

Usage: /mat players
